Mariner Business Applications produced the web based software which is used to administrate the MAS Scheme. The application allows multiple offices across the country to log in and manage the scheme on a regional basis. www.mas-yh.co.uk
The web based project management system was built using classic asp with an SQL Server database.
Launched in April 2002, the Yorkshire and Humber Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) is one of the best performing MAS in the country; delivering £120m of additional gross value added in the companies it has assisted with manufacturing improvement projects. MAS aims to help the region's manufacturers improve their productivity and efficiency by providing easy access to advice, information and 'hands-on' specialist manufacturing help. The majority of these services are delivered for free or 50% grant subsidised.'
